When you opt in to our messaging service, we will send you one-time SMS messages for account verification during sign-up. These messages are used solely to verify your phone number and secure your account.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to our short code. When you send “STOP,” we will reply with a confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive verification messages from us. If you wish to rejoin, simply sign up again and we will resume sending verification messages to you.

How to Get Help

You can receive help information at any time by texting HELP to our short code. When you send “HELP,” we will respond with instructions on how to use our service and how to unsubscribe.

Supported Carriers

We are able to deliver messages to the following mobile carriers:

Major carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, MetroPCS, US Cellular, Alltel, Boost Mobile, Nextel, and Virgin Mobile.
Minor carriers: Alaska Communications Systems (ACS), Appalachian Wireless (EKN), Bluegrass Cellular, Cellular One of East Central IL (ECIT), Cellular One of Northeast Pennsylvania, Cincinnati Bell Wireless, Cricket, Coral Wireless (Mobi PCS), COX, Cross, Element Mobile (Flat Wireless), Epic Touch (Elkhart Telephone), GCI, Golden State, Hawkeye (Chat Mobility), Hawkeye (NW Missouri), Illinois Valley Cellular, Inland Cellular, iWireless (Iowa Wireless), Keystone Wireless (Immix Wireless/PC Man), Mosaic (Consolidated or CTC Telecom), Nex-Tech Wireless, NTelos, Panhandle Communications, Pioneer, Plateau (Texas RSA 3 Ltd), Revol, RINA, Simmetry (TMP Corporation), Thumb Cellular, Union Wireless, United Wireless, Viaero Wireless, and West Central (WCC or 5 Star Wireless).

Message Frequency and Fees

Message and data rates may apply for any messages that we send to you or you send to us. You will receive one SMS message per account sign-up for phone verification. Contact your wireless provider for more information about your text or data plan.
